Reservations and Availability
I don't see any availability on the website. Can I still make a reservation?
Yes. If you cannot find availability on our website, you can send us an email indicating the exact dates and number of people. Our team will reply with a personalized proposal based on availability.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, we offer the option of payment by bank transfer. You can request the details via our email address.
Are there discounts or benefits for returning guests?
Yes. We offer advantages for returning guests and members of our program. If you have stayed with us before, please provide the name used in previous bookings so we can locate your history and offer special conditions.
Apartments and Capacity
Are there different types of apartments?
No. All our apartments have the same category and layout, with slight variations depending on their location within the complex (main pool area or quiet pool).
All the apartments have:
- Separate bedroom
- Bathroom with shower
- Living room with sofa
- Equipped kitchen (upon request)
- Terrace or balcony
What is the maximum occupancy?
The maximum occupancy is:
● 3 adults + 1 child, or
● 2 adults + 2 children
Babies must be included in the reservation.
How are the beds distributed?
● 2 adults in the bedroom
● Third person on the sofa
● Fourth child on an extra bed or crib
Do you provide baby cots?
Yes. If a baby is included in the reservation, a cot is automatically provided at no extra cost.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, the apartments have air conditioning, but only in the bedroom.
Services and Equipment
What does the All-Inclusive package include?
- Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner buffet-style
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during restaurant and pool bar opening hours
Can additional equipment be rented?
Yes, various equipment can be rented at the reception. Please consult the price list.

- Two-burner ceramic hob
- Kettle-type water heater
- Fridge (without freezer)
You can also request additional equipment at reception (such as an electric kettle).

Deposit: between €10 and €20 depending on the item.
Do the apartments have a hob?
Yes, all apartments have a two-burner ceramic hob. They also include a pot-style water heater. If you prefer an electric kettle, you can rent one at reception.
You can check at reception if you need additional equipment.
Do the apartments have a fridge?
Yes, but they do not have a freezer.

The All-Inclusive service ends at check-out.
Is late check-out available?
Yes, at an additional cost and subject to availability. It must be requested the day before.
It includes use of the apartment and All-Inclusive services until 18:00.
What are my options if late check-out isn't available?
We offer a courtesy room free of charge for 30 minutes so you can shower and prepare before departure (reservation required the day before).

We do not have a specific menu, but we offer alternatives depending on availability. It is recommended to inform us in advance before arrival.
Is allergen information available in the restaurant?
Yes, food items are labeled and the staff can assist you.
Accessibility
Is the complex accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
No. Currently, the facilities are not adapted and the rooms are not wheelchair accessible.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are currently not allowed.
